WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Working with suppliers, manufacturers and a team of volunteers, we’re acquiring materials to assemble both reusable and disposable face-shields which, as far as possible, meet the relevant standards for health and safety. We’re involving the clinical teams from larger organisations we’re working with and have volunteers from the health and care sectors guiding us to ensure we are responding in the right way. Face-shields will then be distributed to frontline health and social care workers in our local communities; those that are most in need, right now, in Devon and Somerset.
